Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (-/-/-)
Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. Pick up and transfer to a hotel. Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital city, boasts tree-lined streets and centuries-ancient temples. An afternoon sightseeing tour features both cultural and historical highlights, comprising the Temple of Literature, the Ethnology Museum, the ancient quarters and a downtown pedicab ride (1 hour).
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ba Be (B/L/D)
Leave for Ba Be (240km) quick picturesque tea plantations, terraced rice fields and wooded mountains. Ba Be, a national park covering 23,340 hectares, comprises a chain of untreated lakes and diverse fauna & flora. Late in the afternoon, take a small boat ride on the lake to Pac Ngoi, a cluster of lakeside houses-on-stilts of the Tay tribe. Stroll along the village path and visit local houses.
Overnight at a guest house at the national park.

Day 3: Ba Be – Cao Bang (B/L/D)
In the morning, delight in a boat ride on the Nang Waterway and Lake Ba Be. Explore Puong Cave, Tay tribe villages and Fairy Pond. Learn more about the secrets of evergreen hot forests. In the afternoon, transfer to Cao Bang (130km) via a mountainous road winding crosswise gorgeous passes (Gio, Cao Bac and Tai Sin Ho).
Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 4: Pleasure trip to Ban Gioc (B/L/D)
Delight in a full-day trip to Ban Gioc, 90km from Cao Bang boasting one of the most magnificent waterfalls in Vietnam. As Ban Gioc is located in a border area, a travel permit is to be arranged for every visitor. The trip also gives opportunities to visit a bustling hill-tribe honest (held every 5 days), forge villages of the Nung tribe at Phuc Sen, magical caves at Nguom Ngao and splendid mineral valleys at Trung Khanh. Have picnic lunch en send. Return to Cao Bang.
Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 5: Cao Bang – Lang Son (B/L/D)
The morning sightseeing trip is a pleasant drive to Pac Bo (60km) where President Ho Chi Minh’s hide-out built in 1941 can be seen. It is an ideal place to breathe original forest breezes and walk along a poetic stream in untreated surroundings. Visit colorful hill-tribe markets (held every 5 days) en send. In the afternoon, transfer to Lang Son (130km), a major money-making gateway linking Vietnam and China.
Overnight in Lang Son.

Day 6 Lang Son – Ha Long ( B/L/D)
We depart from hotel at 7: 45 am for Ha Long Bay approximately 4 hours away. En send we have a small stop at the Sao Dao center run for and by handicapped children for small break. Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay we will be met by captain and cruise and transferred to Orchid Cruise .Welcome on board of the Junk and set sail through bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted mineral islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth. Opportunity to visit gorgeous mineral grotto, go swimming or sunbathing. Delight in cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at out-door restaurant.
Later on, you may possibly have a chance to take a kayaking tour around some islands to learn the beauties of Halong closer on your eyes.
If weather permits, a small night cruise may possibly result in you a nice discovery of the sea life by night.
Accommodation and overnight on junk.

Day 7 : HALONG BAY – CAT BA ISLAND – NATIONAL PARK (Brunch/-)
In this morning, we will keep on our journey by junk-boat to Cat Ba Island, which is the largest & most gorgeous island among 1,969 islands in Halong Bay area. Upon arrival Beo harbour, shuttle bus will be waiting for you to take you to hotel then proceed to explore Cat Ba island by a visit to the National Park of Cat Ba – a Vietnam’s unique offshore park, where is still preserving strickly a variety of rare fauna & flora. Afternoon, we have all your free time on beach for relaxation.
O/N in Cat Ba Island.

Day 8 : CAT BA ISLAND – HAI PHONG – HANOI (B/-/-)
In the morning, you will be free on your own to learn the untreated beauty & relax on Cat Ba island until taken to Cat Ba harbour for a hydrofoil to Hai Phong. On arriving in Hai Phong, waiting private car will take you back to Hanoi.
Upon arrival, you will be free on your own.
O/N in Hue.

Day 9: HANOI – DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
After having breakfast at hotel, you will be free at leisure until transferred to the airport for a departure flight home. End of the tour
